1. There are light duty, medium duty, and heavy duty acrow steel props based on their loading capability. Smaller scaffold tubes with thinner walls and regular steel grade are used for light duty props.
2. Medium-duty props use larger diameter scaffold tubes and pipes as raw materials, with thicker wall thicknesses that can withstand higher KN loads during concrete formation and support.
3. Heavy-duty scaffolding props are manufactured from very large scaffold tubes ranging in diameter from 60mm to 89mm, with higher steel grades available if needed. Heavy-duty scaffolding acrow props are widely used in sidewalk scaffolding and infrastructure projects like as highway and bridge building.
4. Acrow props for adjustable steel scaffolding can be painted, powder coated, hot dip galvanized, or zinc plated.
5. Square shape plates or flower shape plates can be used.
